Mr. Fletcher most recently was CEO of Bermuda at Guy Carpenter, the reinsurance brokerage arm of Marsh. Mr. Fletcher joined Guy Carpenter in 2013 to lead its property retrocession team and was named CEO of its Bermuda unit in 2018. His appointment follows Willis Re’s announcement on Wednesday that it has hired another former Guy Carpenter executive, Jim Summers, as CEO of global specialties. Willis Towers Watson launched Willis Re through a joint venture with Bain Capital in 2024.
