Mr. Neary, who has led the East region for five years, will be based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, and will continue to report to Matt Stadler, president, Marsh Agency. Jerry Alderman, who was CEO of the Northeast region, has left the company, Marsh confirmed. The combined region has about 1,400 employees and includes New York, New Jersey, New England and the broader U.S. Northeast. Marsh Agency, which has more than $5 billion in revenue, expanded significantly in late 2024 when Marsh bought McGriff Insurance Services for $7.75 billion and folded it into the brokerage.
