Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bridgeport, Connecticut-based Gremesco, which has five staff and offers a broad range of commercial lines coverage, will retain its name and leadership, Towerstone said. Towerstone focuses on insurance for the oil and gas sector but has recently expanded into other areas. The Gremesco deal is its fourth in five years, the company said.
