The Flex Property Facility is available nationwide and can include flood, earthquake, named storm, equipment breakdown and terrorism coverage. It is backed by A-rated insurance capacity, USI said. The program is administered by Innovation Growth Partners Specialty, a unit of USI. IGP Specialty, a specialty program administrator, was formed last year through the combination of USI’s U.S. Risk and Safehold Special Risk operations. Aon in August agreed to acquire USI in a deal valued at about $17 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
