The Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based specialty program manager named Rob Schenone as head of space. He most recently served as head of aerospace and underwriting manager, space – Americas for Axa XL. Tom Callahan was named head of aviation. He was most recently chief underwriting officer, aviation and global head of underwriting management, aerospace at Axa XL. Novacore was formed in April 2025 following the sale of NSM Insurance Group’s U.S. commercial business to New Mountain Capital.
