Will Chen, a 30-plus year veteran of specialty insurance, has joined Westfield Specialty US as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting to Westfield Specialty President Jack Kuhn. In his new role, Chen will be responsible for the US financial strategy, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and associated operational processes and controls. His extensive background includes senior financial positions at leading companies such as Zurich, AJG, AIG, and Argo. Most recently, he served as the US CFO at Ascot, overseeing the finance operations for their domestic US specialty business. Commenting on Chen’s appointment, Kuhn said: “I am excited to add Will to our leadership team.
