Gallagher & Co. Jun 1, 2026 Gallagher Re on Monday announced new leadership for its program solutions team. Andrew Moss, head of global programs, is promoted to global chair of program solutions. Geoffrey Lubert, president, Gallagher Re North America, is now global head of program solutions, and will continue to serve as part of the North America Executive Team. Matthew Muir, previously managing director at Gallagher Re, is now head of UK program solutions. Managing director Donald Alcorn will join Matt FitzGerald as co-chair of UK program solutions. International President Alkis Tsimaratos is now also head of international programs solutions. Elsewhere, the broker said managing director Matt Knowles-Rolfe is now UK lead for international production. Tom Regan, previously head of property/casualty programs, reinsurance, is now UK lead for North American production.
