Mr. Donofrio will succeed Jeffrey Bruno, who will retire at year-end after nearly four decades with the Morris Plains, New Jersey-based insurer. Mr. Donofrio will continue as chief underwriting officer in addition to his new role as president. Before joining Global Aerospace last year, he was CUO, specialties Americas, at Axa XL, a unit of Axa.
