Gallagher & Co. , Sedgwick , Zurich Aug 20, 2026 Sedgwick on Thursday named former Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. executive Jason Rogers managing director, carrier and captive solutions, a newly created position. Sarasota, Florida-based Mr. Rogers will lead the claims administrator’s business working with captives, insurers, managing general agents and managing general underwriters, Sedgwick said in a statement. He was previously an executive vice president at Gallagher, which he joined in 2014. Before joining Gallagher, he was vice president – head of captive agents at Zurich Insurance. Mr. Rogers will be part of Sedgwick’s Growth Markets division and report to Emily Fink, global chief marketing officer and president of Growth Markets.
