Novi Underwriters, a managing general underwriter administered by Lockton Affinity, said Monday it has launched a package of management liability coverages for organizations with up to $1 billion in assets and 5,000 employees. The coverage includes directors and officers liability insurance, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability for private companies and not-for-profit organizations, and it is supported by insurer Vantage Risk. The maximum limit per coverage section is $5 million with a maximum aggregate of $15 million, a Lockton Affinity spokeswoman said. The offering is led by Jason Binette, James Cinque and Cody Ruggirello, who joined Novi from AmTrust and one of its affiliates last year. Lockton Affinity is the specialty programs division of Lockton. Novi launched last year and the management liability package is its first offering.
