Kai-Frank Buechter and Tracy-Lee Kus will become co-CEOs of EMEA effective June 1, succeeding Julie Page, who will remain as chair of the region through 2026 before becoming a senior adviser into 2027, Aon said in a statement. Pedro Penalva will become CEO of Latin America effective July 1, replacing Alejandro Galizia, who will similarly transition to regional chair through 2026 and senior adviser into 2027. Mr. Buechter, most recently CEO of Aon’s Germany, Austria and Switzerland region, will oversee Continental Europe and North Africa, while Ms. Kus, previously CEO of Aon’s global broking center, will oversee the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Penalva most recently served as head of enterprise clients for EMEA. All three will report to President and CEO Greg Case and join Aon’s executive committee. Alfonso Gallego de Chaves will serve as deputy CEO of EMEA, effective June 1, and Andrea Parisi will serve as chair of Continental Europe, effective Jan. 1, 2027, both reporting to Mr. Buechter, Aon said.
