The UK general insurance (UKGI) market turned out in force earlier this month (3 December 2025) as around 1,000 industry leaders, innovators and rising stars attended the Insurance Times Awards 2025 at Grosvenor House in London’s Mayfair. Across more than 30 categories, judges awarded gold, silver and bronze trophies recognising excellence in broking, claims, underwriting, technology, customer outcomes, sustainability and leadership.
