New York-based Mr. Moore, who is currently president of underwriting for Global Risk Solutions, will report to Liberty Mutual Insurance Chairman, President and CEO Tim Sweeney. Mr. Moore’s appointment is effective March 6. Ms. Bhalla Johnson will continue in an advisory role to Mr. Sweeney until June, the company said. Mr. Moore was appointed president of underwriting for Global Risk Solutions in 2022. Before that, he was president of Liberty Specialty Markets in London. Ms. Bhalla Johnson was named president of Global Risk Solutions in 2021. Before that, she was president and chief investment officer of Liberty Mutual Investments.
