Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Concorde specializes in farm and ranch insurance in addition to other commercial lines, Jencap said in a statement. Fargo, North Dakota-based Concorde will become part of the Jencap Insurance Services Inc. division, the statement said. The broker has just over 40 employees who will continue to operate under the Concorde brand, according to an email from a spokeswoman. The deal expands Concorde’s geographical reach, Bob Hanna, president and CEO of Concorde General Agency, said in the statement. It also strengthens Jencap’s presence in the upper Midwest, according to Mark Maher, president of New York-based Jencap.
