Mr. Gaffigan has been with Lockton just over 26 years, most recently as executive vice president, U.S. markets strategy and engagement. He began his career with the broker in September 2000 as executive vice president/director, national accounts. Mr. Gaffigan will work with Jessica Cullen, who was promoted to executive vice president, U.S. casualty – excess & product solutions at the start of October, according to an email from a spokeswoman. Ms. Cullen is based in New York and reports to Mr. Gaffigan, who is based in St. Louis. Related News A.M.
