The practice, led by Managing Director Jason Rogers, is staffed by more than 1,000 professionals, including adjusters, client service teams and data and analytics resources. The practice provides claims administration, outsourcing, program business support for MGAs and MGUs, captive and risk retention group claims administration, legacy claims and accident and health benefits services. “Sedgwick offers a broad range of solutions designed to help carriers, captives and MGAs/MGUs manage claims complexity, improve performance, control costs, and support long-term growth,” Emily Fink, president, growth markets, who oversees the new practice, said in a statement.
