Lori Goltermann Chicago-based Ms. Corona was previously CEO of enterprise clients and global chief commercial officer. She joined the brokerage in 2000 and has held various leadership roles, including president of financial services, chief of staff and CEO of Asia Pacific. Ms. Goltermann, who joined Aon in 1993, has held numerous leadership roles at Aon and was named CEO of North America and Global Regions in 2024. Going forward, the regions will report directly to CEO Greg Case, an Aon spokesman said. She will serve as vice chair into next year and “advise on topics of significant importance to the firm and its clients, including workforce development, women’s health issues and the advancement of talent across the industry,” an Aon statement said. Farheen Dam Farheen Dam will succeed Ms. Corona as CEO of enterprise clients and has also been named chief client officer. Previously, she was North America health solutions leader for Aon and will continue to hold that position until a successor is named. The moves follow other senior executive developments at the brokerage, including the departure of former president Eric Andersen last year, who went on to join American International Group as CEO-elect last month.
