Mr. Krozy was most recently chief operations officer at Frederick Mutual. He also previously served as deputy chief underwriting officer at Ascot Group and chief underwriting officer for specialty property at The Hanover Insurance Group. Ms. Harding was most recently a senior account executive and property specialist with Lockton. Based in Denver, she reports to Mr. Krozy. Denver-based Hinterland, a managing general agent and program administrator, was founded in 2019 as a commercial property and difference in conditions program administrator and also has offices in Chicago and San Diego .
