Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Hanc Group offers commercial and personal lines coverage and employee benefits and is known for its support of the Korean-American community in Georgia. King Risk Partners is the trading name for Gainesville, Florida-based King Insurance Partners, the 71st-largest broker of U.S. business, with about $65 million in annual revenue, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking .
