Mr. Agarwal will lead the brokerage’s transactional risk practice, advising clients across mergers and acquisitions cycles and expanding its tax insurance and structured risk offerings. New York-based Mr. Agarwal previously was a senior vice president, mergers and acquisitions, in the transactional risk practice at Marsh. Before that , he was a senior vice president, M&A at Alliant Insurance Services.
