Gallagher & Co. May 26, 2026 Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said Tuesday it acquired Twin Elms LLC, a West Palm Beach, Florida-based retail insurance broker specializing in environmental coverage. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Twin Elms President Scott Houldin, Principal Karl Touet and about five employees will remain in their current location under the direction of Bumpy Triche, head of Gallagher’s Southeast retail property/casualty brokerage operations, Gallagher said.
