The program is available in 20 states and distributed exclusively through wholesale brokers, according to a statement by the managing general agent Thursday. The program targets “well-maintained” commercial properties including habitational, office, retail, hotels, health care, parking garages, restaurants and vacant buildings. It provides coverage for accounts with up to $4 million in total insured value at a single location and schedules of up to $10 million. Eligible accounts qualify for automated processing.
