Berkley Mar 17, 2026 Berkley Select, a unit of W.R. Berkley, said Tuesday that it has expanded its AttorneyShield professional liability offering for mid-sized law firms. The firms now get “concierge-level” access to a comprehensive risk assessment service, personalized consultation on vulnerabilities, and confidential consultations on risk management issues such as loss prevention and ethics, the insurer said in a statement. Policyholders can also access a resource center and six hours of continuing legal education programming focused on risk and ethics. The attorney risk management practice group at law firm Barron & Newburger will provide the services. The services are for firms with 11 or more attorneys and are free for policyholders, Berkley said.
