Mr. Grove will remain with Safety National in a new role as executive adviser, providing strategic guidance and supporting special projects, the company said Thursday. Rob Leitner, executive vice president of business development, will succeed Mr. Grove as chief client officer. Mr. Leitner will oversee business development, client engagement, marketing and communications and risk control. In finance leadership changes, Katie Flynn, corporate senior vice president, chief accounting officer and assistant treasurer, will become chief financial officer and treasurer, overseeing actuarial, finance and ceded reinsurance. Mr. Wilhelm received Business Insurance’s Lifetime Achievement Award last year.
