She succeeds Jim Roche, who will become executive chairman, UCTS, for three years. Ms. Carlisle will lead the UCTS segment’s managing general agent and wholesale businesses, capacity operations, and finance and accounting functions. She will report to CEO Trevor Baldwin and serve on Baldwin Group’s executive leadership team. Ms. Carlisle was most recently president of MSI since June 2024 and was head of insurance product management prior to that. Millennial Specialty, founded in 2015, is an indirect subsidiary of BRP Group Inc.
