Primary coverages available include general liability, products pollution, contractor’s pollution, transportation pollution, site pollution for locations, non-owned disposal sites and professional liability. Supported lead excess coverage is available over primary combined general liability and pollution, auto liability and employers liability, Axa said in a statement. Limits being offered are $1 million occurrence / $2 million aggregate for primary coverage, with up to $2 million/$4 million available and up to $25 million in excess limits for select classes of business, according to an email from an Axa XL spokesman. Guaranteed cost and flexible deductible options are also available. The environmental combined form is aimed a policyholders involved in the manufacturing, distribution and wholesale of commercial products and contractors who have pollution exposures, Pete Bakker, head of environmental package solutions for mid-market, for Axa XL in the Americas, said in the statement.
