Mr. Bender’s experience lies in transactional risk support, negotiation guidance, due diligence services, and post-close insurance placement across property, casualty, executive risk and employee benefits lines, Alliant said in a statement. Based in Atlanta, he most recently led the private equity and mergers and acquisitions practice for the Beecher Carlson division of Brown & Brown. Mr. Erlich, a former M&A attorney, advises clients on representations and warranties, tax and tax credit insurance, and other M&A-related insurance designed to help investors reduce their exposure. Based in New York, he most recently was national practice leader for private equity, family office and M&A for Beecher Carlson. The additions are part of Alliant’s continued investment in its M&A vertical, Mark Rusas, managing director, Alliant M&A, said in the statement.
