Based in New York, Mr. Grady reports to Neil Kessler, CEO of CRC Specialty and Benefits. Mr. Grady will also continue to serve on the CRC group executive leadership team, the wholesaler said in a statement. He was most recently executive vice president and head of strategy and corporate development. Prior to CRC, Mr. Grady worked for Piper Sandler and Marsh & McLennan Agency.
